AraBase currently provides genome-browser configurations for TAIR12 and TAIR10. The TAIR12 browser includes the TAIR12 protein-coding gene annotation. The TAIR10 browser uses the TAIR10 reference genome and Araport11 annotations, including protein-coding genes, non-coding RNAs, classified transposable elements, and transposable-element genes. Users can also add custom tracks in supported JBrowse 2 formats. For the complete list of supported formats, see the JBrowse 2 documentation.
